At AWN Sportswear, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom sportswear tailored to your specifications. Our policies ensure fairness and transparency while protecting our business from misuse. Please review our Return, Credit, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Accuracy of Design & Specifications
1.1 Customer-Provided Specifications

Customers must provide accurate specifications, including color codes, logo sizes, and artwork files (in vector format).

If explicit color codes or artwork details are not provided, we will match them as closely as possible. Slight variations may occur due to material or printing limitations.

By approving artwork, customers accept its layout, design, and colors as final.
1.2 Artwork Approval & Responsibility

Customers must carefully review and approve all artwork before production.

Once artwork is approved, AWN Sportswear is not responsible for dissatisfaction related to design elements, logo placement, or colors.
2. Eligibility for Refunds, Credits, and Returns
Refunds or credits are only considered in the following cases:

Severe manufacturing defects that impact the wearability or intended function (e.g., major rips, incorrect prints, incorrect sizes not matching the order confirmation).

The final product significantly differs from the approved design in terms of structure or key elements.

Non-conformity with the agreed-upon specifications.
To request a refund or credit, customers must contact AWN Sportswear within 5 days of receiving their order.
3. Exclusions from Refunds, Credits, and Returns
The following situations do not qualify for refunds, credits, or returns:

Minor variations in color, logo size, or artwork placement that were part of the approved design.

Slight printing or stitching discrepancies that do not affect the function or durability (e.g., minor stitching variations under 3cm, small loose threads, or edge misprints where printing was requested beyond standard margins).

Personal preference changes after order confirmation.

Any dissatisfaction with the design, logo, or color that was approved prior to production.

Normal wear and tear over time.
4. Return & Credit Process
4.1 Initiating a Return or Credit Request

Customers must notify AWN Sportswear within 5 days of delivery.

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
4.2 Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days.

If eligible, we will process a replacement, credit, or refund based on our evaluation.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 days of placement.

After this period, modifications may not be possible due to production commencement.
6. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection
AWN Sportswear reserves the right to deny refunds or credits if we determine that:

The claim is fraudulent or repeated claims are made without merit.

The product was used, altered, or intentionally damaged.

There is a pattern of refund requests from the same customer for minor issues.
