Welcome to AWN Sportswear (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We design, manufacture, and supply custom and non-custom sportswear.

  • Custom products are made-to-order based on customer specifications
  • Production timeframes are typically 4–6 weeks depending on order complexity
  • Minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes

3. CUSTOM ORDERS (CRITICAL SECTION FOR YOU)

3.1 Approval

Before production begins, you will receive design proofs or order details.
By approving these, you confirm:

  • All designs, sizes, colours, and details are correct
  • You accept responsibility for any errors not identified before approval

3.2 No Changes After Approval

Once production has commenced:

  • No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • UnionPay

4.1 GST

  • Prices include GST where applicable unless otherwise stated. (Not currently registered).

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Orders must be paid in full before production unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • For team orders, deposits may be required to secure production

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided in your quote
  • We ship Australia-wide and may offer international shipping upon request
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Couriers
  • Customs
  • Events outside our control

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • The item is defective
    • The item is incorrect

6.1 Claims

  • Must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Must include photo evidence

We will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Repair the item
  • Offer a refund

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Our Designs

  • All designs created by AWN Sportswear remain our intellectual property
  • You are granted a licence to use the product for its intended purpose

7.2 Customer Designs

You warrant that:

  • You own or have permission to use any designs, logos, or branding supplied
  • You indemnify us against any intellectual property claims

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
  • Our liability is limited to:
    • Replacement of goods
    • Repair of goods
    • Refund of the purchase price

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law


9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
However:

  • Errors may occur
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors without notice

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, couriers).
We are not responsible for their performance or policies.


11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel orders
  • Terminate access

If we suspect:

  • Fraud
  • Misuse of our services
  • Breach of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
