1. Shipping Locations

AWN Sportswear ships Australia-wide, New Zealand, and internationally to select countries.

Customers outside of Australia and New Zealand should contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping availability and costs.
2. Processing & Production Time

All AWN Sportswear products are custom-made to order.

Standard production time is 4-6 weeks, depending on the order size and complexity.

Production begins only after final artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Expedited production options may be available upon request for an additional fee.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We use reputable carriers such as Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, and TNT for domestic and international shipping.

Australia & New Zealand: 3-7 business days after dispatch

International: 7-14 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs clearance)

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and delivery location.

5. Tracking & Order Status

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If an order arrives with visible damage or missing items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers should provide photos of the damaged items and packaging for investigation.

Based on our assessment, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
10. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

If the customer does not wish to re-ship the order, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping costs.
